The plugin uses Photoshop Remote Server to quickly access the document being edited and retrieve the images to export. The connection, however, only takes place locally (from/to "localhost", or 127.0.0.1).
Can you please double check that your Photoshop preferences match the one described here https://minifloppy.it/tools/expresso/#help ? Did you make any changes to your setup (i.e. installed other plugins, updated Photoshop to a newer version, etc.)?
It seems that Expresso no longer works with the latest version of CC. Minifloppy, if you are able to get it working again, please let us know. I'll buy you a drink.

Thanks for the offer! However, I'm on the latest version of Photoshop (CC 2019 - v20.0.3) and Expresso seems to work fine for me. What issues are you experiencing?
