My portfolio doesnt have any current 3D work so I'm starting off with a lil Tyranid guy.

I think my next step right now is to gather reference for texture. Probably coconut crabs and cuttlefish
Tricky thing about tyranids is they have exoskeletons as well as endoskeletons, and a lot of the endoskeletal places have muscle definition so it's a bit confusing. But I love dem
The other challenge is making this more realistic than the tabletop version but staying as true to the original design as much as possible. I've been doing things like adding more ribs and extra spiracles.
