Despite the username (which was from an old western game named Bang Howdy, anyone remember it?) I am Joe. I work in game development on the design side and am awful with art. Odds are I'll be asking occasionally stupid questions and going "oooh" and "ahhh" a lot over the near impossibly high skill level of those around me.
Howdy Polycount community. I'm a 3D hobbiest turned 3D grad student starting in August. I look forward to sharing thoughts and ideas on this forums, and furthering my and others understanding and knowlege base of the 3D art fields.
Hello,
my name is andre. i am a freelance artist and i am looking for some support by other freelance artists. I am working mainly in real material and I am using maya mostly for sketches. I am thinking about extending my work to 3d objects that have a better quality then just sketches and I need some help.
My name is Andrey, I'm a concept artist from Russia. I wish to learn more about 2D art and get some positive feedback from people in the industry and aspiring artists.

I'm Simo, registered here to learn more about modelling, texturing, rigging, etc. I have background in 2d, trying to understand more and more about 3d.
Hi folks. I've been working on a game as a hobby for a good 18 months now using a low poly/faceted color style and I'm looking for some advice and critique on how to improve.
