My name is Kyle Valentin, I've lurked here for a while stealing all your tips to try and make my art better, and now I'm ready for people to see it so I can get some more specific feedback!
I know this is a great community and I hope posting and critiquing here in person now will help me improve. yay polycount!
Hi all, brand new here. I'm working in the industry as Dev QA at the moment but would really like to break into visual effects. Not sure if that's entirely feasible without specific schooling, but that's an option for the future I suppose.
I have some experience using the particle effects in Unity, but I've allowed myself to get quite rusty. Once I get up to speed on that, I'd like to learn how to use Unreal.
Any advice from artists in the industry is greatly appreciated along with ego-busting critiques of the things I'll be posting here!
Hey Community! I'm new on the block and have decided to join. I'm an aspiring 3d environment artist for film. I currently work in train simulation using UE4. Cant wait to get feedback and grow!
Hey everyone! I am self taught artist looking to get into art creation for games. At first I bought myself a tablet and a copy of PS, and I took some part time classes to be able to get student versions of 3ds Max. I've been teaching myself ever since!
My goal is to become a 3d artist for games. I enjoy creating environments and characters equally, and I will work hard to get my foot in the door and find a way to contribute! If I have to make patches of grass or entire world crushing dragons then thats what I will do to get there! I look forward to learning and contributing to polycount. Peace out!
you can count me in. I am specialized in Rendering and texturing and creating procedural textures such as Filter Forge and Substance Designer. I am looking for good artwork as well as for inspiration on the neverending quest of content creation.
Hello, all! My name is Eric. I am a rigging and animation student at the Art Institute of Portland. I am very new to rigging and the technical aspect of things. So, I'll be posting with a LOT of questions about it. See ya all on the forums.
Howdy. I'm Jackson from Australian and in the last half year I've become heavily invested in becoming a better artist. Hope to make some friends and get some good advice!
