Hello artist family! I'm new to this community. Hoping to network, get inspired, and most importantly join an art department I can contribute to. Hope you're all well.
Hello everyone. I joined a while ago but was never able to post anything, just realized I had to post a comment here. So, hello
Some of you here may know me under a different handle, "kleinluka"
I was previously a Texture/Environment Artist at Eidos Montreal (Deus Ex:HR / Deus Ex: Universe), and at Ubi Montreal (mostly on Rainbow Six Vegas but I worked on several titles there).
I am currently working outside of the industry, but planning on making a return very soon I will be posting a new thread later with a new project I'm working on in UE4. For now I just wanted to say hello and glad to join. I've been lurking daily and everyone's work here is very inspiring! Keep it up
Hey everyone, I remember polycount for the Half-Life custom models I used to download from you!
I'm interested in getting back into learning this stuff. I am also looking at getting a 3D printer, but I used to have this program someone sent me that captures the render in your videocard, as in it takes a 3d screenshot of a game or program. Though, I have lost this program and cant remember the name or find anything about it!
I also was told by the guy who sent me the program to supposedly keep it secret. Does anyone know where I can find this program?
Hey everyone, I remember Polycount from years ago when I used to get custom models for Half-life mods from you guys!
I am interested in possibly getting back into this stuff. I'll most likely be getting a 3d printer quite soon but there is something else I'd really like.
I used to have this program that captured what games or programs were rendering. It basically took a 3d screen shot of a game which i could import into MAX3D. I can't find the program or remember the name of it! but I really want to get the program back!!
If anyone knows of this program or where to get it please message me! I could print a model of something from DotA 2 or something else and send a photo of it to you!
Hey Folks,
Long time browser and learner and decided to join the community as my artistic skills are (slowly but surely) getting somewhere I find myself confident to make an account and start sharing with everyone. Look forward to it! ~Danny :poly142:

After a while reading only, I finally decided to register and maybe post some of my work. See you soon!

Finally got the guts to get on here and post stuff up instead of just lurking around. I'll do my best to stick to it!

I have been lurking Polycount forums since 2010. Now that I have something more significant to show, I decided to finally register
I'm a developer (gamedev as hobby) who tries to learn how to do some art.

Hoping to share what I know with people that don't know, and hoping people will share what they know which I (we) don't know
