Greetings fellow artists! My name is Stephan Worthey and I am a student with the Computer Animation program with Full Sail University. I first became aware of this site actually this month when the Throne contest was brought to my attention. I am only half way through my degree but I enjoy modeling. I hope to end up as an environment artist.
Through my first post here on the forum, I want to say hello to everyone and I hope to inspire with my work and meet new people in the days, months and years to come.
Hello Polycount community! My name is Dylan and I've been visiting your forum for some time now. I finally decided it was a good idea to get involved and start posting. I look forward to sharing some cool stuff with everyone and seeing what everyone else is up too!
Hey everyone. Kroopz here. I started off low-poly weapons a while ago, and now do photorealistic sci-fi and extraterrestrial design/scenery; I also am beginning game design, and for that reason am joining Polycount
I read Adam's post with all the instructions
I'm an indie game designer with a range of skills, so my art has never reached a really good level. Although I have a BA in Fine Arts (Ah! the irony). I was a game designer in a big company in Spain a few years ago and also cofounded http://www.thegamekitchen.com/. Now I use mostly Unity and Blender to work on personal indie projects at http://www.AlejoLab.com/
I want to hang out here to have the opportunity to improve my art skills a bit more or get in contact with people to collab.
Probably very few people are going to read this, so I guess I'll just say hi to the mod checking my signup.
Hello! My name is Amanda, and I'm currently majoring in Game Art and Animation. I look forward to seeing some incredible stuff on here. I am pleased to begin being a part of the community!
Moose here, I'm a senior student at Gnomon School of Visual Effects. Currently taking a handful of games classes and wanted to start posting my WIPS and getting more involved in the community. I'm mostly interested in lighting for games, but I enjoy all aspects. I'm looking forward to embracing the community!
Hey everybody, I've decided to throw my hat in the ring for the Allegorithmic Throne Room challenge so I've taken an account. I've also come across some really nice threads so I'll be giving those a read too. Cheers.
I've been a character modeler for 11 years now and am working out of Tokyo at Kojima Productions. I'd like to join the polycount ranks and participate in the community.
Hello Polycount, long time lurker. I work at a military sim company but im working on trying to step into the industry. Any critique would greatly appreciated.
Greetings Ladies and Gentlefolk, Here I am, or at least I think I am... maybe. As you can see I'm not much, just some lines of text and no face. Someday I'll get an avatar if I'm really, really good and mind my manners. But, in the meantime I can lurk about in corners and bask in the heartfelt magic that you guys have created... and perhaps make some of my own.
