I'm practicing a lot of sculpting lately and i need some feedback. So feel free to post your opinion on the sculpt and hopefully what i could change or improve.

This gets repeated a lot around here, but always try to squeeze as much as you can from the lowest resolution possible before you step it up, this applies to dynamesh as well, otherwise you start to get lumpy or lose form.
Planes are incredibly important when sculpting. Hell, painting or sculpting, it only matters how the light plays on the surface. That is the information our brains process before probably anything else.

check some of this out, apply it to your work, study it my friend
Also, use reference and don't be afraid to "ruin" a good sculpt with bad ears, at least you practiced them, and having even nubs there helps the silhouette so go for it!
I also see that you've applied some anatomy, go study ecorche and anatomy, have some anatomy pics open while you sculpt, it really does help.
