The dk swords look more like a daggers for me.
Sure Vlad, that sounds cool. I'll work a bit more on the Dk sword hopefully someone will that one too.

Thanks, I imagined that the ends were still very sharp and if not at the very least it would hurt like hell getting hit.

I think the DK sword is a great concept, real fresh. Maybe you can make the edges sharp as well so it will fit more like a sword! That Skywrath mage is also a greta design, only issue might be the effects the normal weapon got.
Would love to pick up one off those designs, or both

Making the edge sharper sounds great, you can make that adjustment in the model or I can quickly fix it in the concept.

@Vlad, there are a few things with the weapon, first is you should use the sharp edge over the hole sword, like the concept but maybe a bit sharper.
Also the detail from the middle is hardly noticble ingame, maybe make the lines a bit darker. Maybe put a bit more work into it and will will look a lot better!
If DoubleLeaf doesn't mind, I'd say you can do the Skywrath Mage staff, I probably only have time for the Slark dagger and the Kotl staff anyways and it'd be a shame to see great concepts not be made! ^^

Nikey: Hey Looking good so far! Right now the sword isn't reading as having any real material definition. It looks very matte, I'm not sure you are going to rely on the shader to do the work, but if you'd like I could take a look at your textures.
Andyk125: Oh man thats looking really sweet!! The sword is coming along nicely. I wouldn't mind if you took the Sky wrath staff, I just didn't want to say it was ok incase Spudnik was going to do it.

Cheers for the concern Andy, and no need to worry about fights breaking out. Even though this is a cracking concept im not overly invested yet and understand both leaf and vlad have already collaborated. I would hope i get dibs next time if Vlad ends up making this beauty though :poly121:

I'm not affraid for fights, almost wanted to post Fight, Fight! But it looked to childish..
None the less the Slark dagger is a nice concept, but the red should change into a more blue like color. The red won't fit Slarks color pallet at all. If you made it more like a hook it could become a nice Pudge item, with bones and flesh
An ingame test of the weapon, will try and finish up the textures tonight.. I think the weapon will fit Dragon Knight perfectly!

Wyrm edge sounds cool, but name it whatever you feel fits. It looks great so I'm pumped

Also started working on the Skywrath Staff, I probably will do the baking over again and add some more detail to it, it looks a bit simple now.. But here's the result so far, also changed some colors, because your concept colors looked to flat and to much blue. Will change the staff color more like his armor color..

Yes I know what you mean wasn't sure about the triangle myself. I think your paintover looks great, don;t worry about the gold, when the masks are done it will defendtly will be a lot more shiny and gold like

what do you guys think? Btw it seems Valve updated the materials on skywrath, because the blue light it's emitting is a lot stronger now.
