So im planning to start a new project of Robin {Iconoclast}

i think im going to zbrush then use the normal in the diffuse. Going to post an update soon. what do you guys think? $:\$

Cool concept! I think the arms on the model are just too long at the moment. looks a bit freaky. Pull them back a bit!

and thanks Fomari and i shortened them a bit. So i had added a bit today a face and some hair. gotta add a few more things then fix them all, but seems i have a wayssss to go lol

what do you think with this one? i decided to try out shadowbox. it worked out wonderfully :P

upper arms is still a bit long. get those proportions down before you get too deep into dem details!

Thighs are too short. The concept demand some cleaner and more exaggerated shapes in the model. Arm sleeves should be bigger and straighter. The deforming area around the elbow should barely be visible. Lower calves should be thinner and the hip area should be chunkier.

Alright i made a few adjustments due to your comments konstruct and AimBiZ. Any other ideas?/comments?

Your proportions are off. Study the concept. As the angle of the character is almost straight forward you could use it as a blueprint for the height of various things. I'd suggest you to do that.

Ok so in my attempt to get things moreso proportionate. I decieded to do some photoediting.

Closer, but you should put it right next to the concept and compare. I can see the forms still needs more exaggeration between thick and thin. Particularly in the legs. Her head is too big as well.
Put your concept in as an image plane and compare the height of things directly in 3d, how tall are the legs etc. This is the best solution I got for you.

Going off of what AimBiz said, check out how narrow her knees are and then how much it flares out when you go up to her hips and calves. Similarly check out how flared the wrist area is while it tapers to a narrow shoulder. Also from the concept the feet look much flatter and box-y rather than as anatomically correct as in your sculpt.

Really cool progress so far though, keep it up!

@AimBiz How i got the photo edited one i did an overlay and adjusted it that way. ill work on the legs and head some more.

@Howl ill try to make the transitions more dramatic. And yeh i didnt get a chance to work on the shoes anymore, but ill definitely work on it some more. thanks :P

thanks again JR. I tried to use the paint over in today's update. i also decided to do some base polypainting. It seems a tad closer, but perhaps there's more that could be change? Do you guys think to change anything on particular parts?

heres another update with some polypainting done. I was gonna do the eyes seperate. probably work on the hair and face a tad more.
do i need to add more values? or change something?
