Really nice work dude, i especially like how you handed the welded seams. I would have assumed zbrush but that looks like a nice and elegant solution :thumbup:
It was a decision based on time and reward. I could have welded these up, I suppose, but getting the model together for that would have been more work than simply applying it to some strips. IN the end, I think the results would have been identical.
