Hey all starting a new project seeing as how my soldier is finished (just gotta upload some Maramaset turn arounds
)This time i decided id try something ive never done before, Creating a paladin type character but giving him a futuristic twist.
Not quite sure how this will go but im hoping for the best and setting my aim high.
Ive got a mood board and a concept piece to upload but first Im going to lay down my goals here so i can see if i can actually accomplish them.
Goals:
- Have the finished product around 10-15k tris max. 2k diffuse, spec, normal, cavity (maybe).
- Believable futuristic armor, e.g. armor that the user would be able to wear without being super powered.
- Realistic body proportions.
- Realistic texturing
Im trying to make the knight look as real as I possibly can. So i hope to pick up a few nice tricks and tips from the community.
I have also made a small backstory which i will upload after the pictures.

It's a good idea, will be watching to see how it progresses.
I want the armor to be m ore detailed (im just not great at drawing detailed armor) I want to make it look more futuristic like with cables and moving robotic parts ect.
Still need to concept his jets on his back.
