Player Respawn Issues

Ok so i have my basic game classes and stuffs and my character running around in the map all just fine.. but.. once the player dies, how to i get him to respawn at the start location again?

left click , right click, after the player death is not triggering the player spawn.. need serious help here...

Did you create your own PlayerController and/or Pawn? If so, it'd be nice to see what you changed.
