Well if that's your first head sculpt you've got some talent in you. Keep pushing. I'd definitely study lips as that is the weakess part. The nose just needs some more refinement and don't cop out on the ears. Block in the detail!
Second attempt sculpting the same face (WIP). Started last night.
Having trouble with the ears. Any tips for that? I think the whole thing's coming out okay so far. It's not a great presentation yet, so I'd appreciate any critiques, comments, and advice. Want to be as good as the guy who did the Voldemort sculpt, and Hazardous.
EDIT: Not sure if declaring "WIP" means I'm committed to posting progress updates.
Its coming along but you need to do a lot more anatomical studies to get a firm grasp of the basics (its a neverending journey.) Just keep sketching loads of facial anatomy (2D and 3D) and you'll get there!
utilize that clay buildup brush, if you are using zbrush, to build up the forms. learn the bone structures of the face as well as the loops for the muscle groups.

You need a better reference. I think you're reading the fleshy part of her lower eyelids as part of her eyeball.
Here's a nice clear front shot of Balla Eszter to get you started. It's probably a few ears after Kontroll, but it should be close enough for you to get the details down.
Thanks for the reference. It's hard to get her head shape right. Her jaw is wider and stronger in some photos, and tapers smoothly to the chin in others. Her chin changes, too. Anyway, I shrunk the eyes. Think I'll have to reshape them since they still have the same expression as in my other reference.
Just discovered orthogonal view in Mudbox. I'm a newbie. Her face looks completely different when I switch to the orthogonal front view. Should I match the sculpt to that, or to a perspective front view? Having messed with it a lot since getting that reference, and more since discovering the orthogonal views, the sculpt's new look is a lot less "safe," I guess I could put it, but looking somehow more human, more like Eszter Balla, and more attractive. I brought out the nose more, and her nose is cool.

It has great anatomy reference for the human body. The face and skull are towards the beginning.

Not finished, of course, but maybe you guys notice something I don't. Critiques, opinions?
And tips for anything else, too, if you got any. I want to do this lady justice.
I figured she was opening them wide, looking up intently. Maybe I'm not seeing this right.
EDIT: This is a screenshot of the sculpt at an earlier point.
