Hi there decide to do demonic hammer I'm still an freshman on game design currently still a student no working experience so please bear with me if I unable to answer your question or ask silly question, Here is my sketch & the sample of death holding the hammer.

Good concept, but I kinda miss some chaotic information on it, since you are going to demonic, maybe you could add some twist on the back of the head.

aww my rune doesn't work guess i have to work on texture to get rip of Wow
asset.
