Hello everyone! This is my first time posting and participating on Polycount, so if I'm doing something silly, please let me know. I've long admired the work displayed here, and its great to join this awesome community!
Here is an initial 3d concept for a Demonic Hammer. Sorry for no traditional 2D concept, I tend to scratch out a bunch of scribbly thumbnails and then dive in.
The end result should be a skinny/boney demon substance clutching a stone hammerhead.
Any comments are greatly appreciated!

@dproeder: Yeah, the tri budget is going to be close. I will certainly need to smooth and flatten out the handle.

I definitely got a little carried away on the organic details during the high poly sculpt. Final version will be more streamlined. Lesson learned: building the base mesh first helps keep form and details manageable.
