Been procrastinating too long and after looking at all the amazing stuff being done already i thought i would throw my work into the fray.. As per the title i am doing an axe, still havent decided on the style yet although ill probably end up doing demonic. anyway heres a few quick sketches i did today, will shoot some more out tomorrow

I like the second one although simple it kinda stand out from the rest, and it also has more of a DS feel to it than the other. I do like the concept for the bottom one though. Good Luck

it looks interesting, enough stuff is going.
at the moment it has more the look of an cepter than a heavy weapon.
some ideas:
give the skull and the socket an assymetry as you got going on in the wings. Also you should bring in some decent axe blades like in your first concepts 2 + 3. take back those wings a little, just to compliment the blades then.

Now that youve said that i can really notice that cepter ish look haha, got another design in mind now based on your suggestions, probably pump a quick sketch out over lunch and upload then... i feel it should look a lot stronger as well so thanks
