I posted last night and decided my concept wasn't solid enough to start modeling. Not only that, but Zbrush isn't ideal for what I want to do with this model. I have a new and more defined concept that I hope to stick with.

Here's what I sculpted in Zbrush. I'm going to scrap it, but its more or less what I hope to achieve in Maya. The angel in the middle is also going to change.

Also, before I begin sculpting, I made a paint over to decide where I want the detail.
edit: Ah sculpt got added as I wrote, but I still think bulky. The figure looks a little hunched though. Maybe make him more graceful if it's angelic?
