These are two images of a house that I modeled from an image I found on the web. I did this in the hopes of making it into a usable game piece. I am new at this, so please give me any pointers or feedback that you can that may help me out.

It looks like you have the basic shapes blocked out, but it would help if you posted the reference picture you are using.
