For anyone considering buying FC3 on PS3, I would reconsider if I were you. The screen-tearing and black halos on anything perpendicular to the ground (that are supposed to be shadowing I'm guessing) is very telling of a game that is just too demanding for the hardware. I played it on PS3 for about 20 minutes then just had to quit; I'll be picking up the PC version for sure. Not sure if the Xbox version is the same.
The quality of the art is amazing though; especially the characters. The characterization of the baddie is really strong and you get a good feel for his character straight away.
Ubisoft have really been knocking it out of the park in recent years.
