thing-a-day for 2012

Hel folks, Im attempting to do a thing-a-day all this year. I may take weekends off, and sometimes it might be just a sketch depending on circumstances, but The Plan is to make a creature every day as much as possible.

I will also fill in gaps if I miss one and hopefully at the end of the year I will have marched forward and made some meaningful progress, as well as have a ton of creature concept art in my 'folio.

I'm going to post them here and look forward to polycont style feedback. :poly121:

@zakhar2 - From imagination, but sometimes I will graze some troublesome aspect of anatomy or form before and during the doodling.

Love the designs, how do you come up with them? Just random parts put together in a random fashion, or is there some kind of .... plan....

I just doodle until I get a feeling for some direction or other and then just go at it for an hour or so. No bigger plan for this year, just try to create one thing per day, rain or shine. If I make it through the year, then I will reflect on the value of this year and adjust accordingly.

Here's the previous timelapses I have captured, they are 10x speed. I will try to do more, at least one per week. It should be interesting to see the changes as I hopefully improve!

Wow really nice, it reminds me the Brazilian cartoonist "Leo", with "Aldebaran" and "Betelgeuse". Creature from others planets.
