So, i put this tutorial together to show some friends how to approach texturing assets, and what to think about when trying to define materials, add dirt, scratches etc. I figured i'd post it here incase anybody finds it useful. The ZIP contains the lowpoly FBX file, My raw PSD's with all the layers unflattened, seperate PSD's with the map bakes in them, and an eight page PDF with a little walk through/explaination of things.
Not the best texture job in the world, a few out of synch scratches etc in there, but overall i think it fits the purpose of explaining a simple texture workflow. Feel free to ignore my hideous spelling errors and mistypes.

Thanks for the download!
This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!"
, no chance of hosting it someplace else? I'm quite interested in seeing it.
no dropbox has bandwidth limitations per day. he's jsut maxed out for the day.
saw the "spinny" at work today and wanted to dl now, once i am at home...
Also; this must be damn popular! I've never even heard of a dropbox link running out of bandwidth, that's an achievement right there o.0
Looks like someone is living under a rock. :P
But I'm also signing the re-upload petition.
If people find these kind of things useful, let me know, and i'l try to do some more. I'l avoid baking ones though, as im sure between the wiki and EQ there is more than enough infomation on that!
