Advanced skills in one or more of the standard industry 3D packages is essential. Knowledge of 3DS Max an advantage.

[FONT="]Works closely with Programmers to ensure polygon counts and texture sizes are fully optimized for target platforms while minimizing any impact on artistic integrity of assets.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Participates in R&D of new techniques to implement into production pipeline.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Proactively seeks feedback from Lead Artist and Art Director.[/FONT]

[FONT="]2+ years educational experience in 2D and 3D art production.[/FONT]
[FONT="]5+ years industry experience.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Superior 2D and 3D art skills.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Ability to help define new as well as work successfully within existing pipelines, techniques and methodologies. [/FONT]
[FONT="]Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Ability to work in a team setting, under deadlines and time constraints.[/FONT]
