Hi! I've heard some great things about polycount from friends so I thought it was about time to try it myself.. I've seen some really good and inspiring work here and I hope to contribute with something as well. By the way, would really love to get as much feedback as possible^^

Excellent looking stuff so far, on your character it looks like her right leg doesn't connect into the pelvis properly, and I feel like some mist could add a lot to the environment up above. Really cool, can't wait to see more : )

Yeah, it's hard to get it look right when it's facing straight forward, like her leg.. Will try to do something about that. And yeah, could use some mist or snow to add some more atmosphere to it.. Thanks very much: )

Here is a matte painting.. Was trying to keep the lines in the drawing kind of simple and add details with textures..

I especially like how you made the far background look far away, but still rich in both color and contrast. Good job!

Nice, I really like the distant lakes and the atmosphere. Only thing I can critique is the perspective on the tower is a bit off.

The top part of the tower is over the horizon line so from our view point we would be seeing that part of the tower from below, not above.

A quick one of a snowy glade. Tried to get it as atmospheric as possible while keeping it simple.

All of these characters look like they exist in the same universe, are you working on something?

Your last two environment pieces are fantastic. I would love to make the crashed spaceship scene in 3d and I can easily see making a game level on the village scene. Great concepts, really evocative.
