it took about 2 weeks. My teacher said when he started out at Massive Black they gave him an action figure and they said...model this as is...in pose...
I said I'd try it out and it is a real challenge to not do something in T pose...It really helps to train your eyes...
Started in maya - blocked it out
then brought it into Zbrush...about 146 subtools... i was not happy about that...so i had to pick and choose which subtools to give more detail to as to not slow down my machine so bad
