some vertices do not contribute to the shape. look for vertices which are placed in the middle of straight edges (roof front bevel, fender, "cross" made from the edges in the front). also, there are some bevels which seem to be way too thin - no need to spend polys on them, IMO.
the inner part of the wheel has too many polygons and some excessive detailing. will texture alpha work here?
Hurray!!!! Found a solution how to make faces thickness. Since I have a polygon object plane in the middle of the thickness of transfer will not be easy, not to to splurge on complex modeling, I decided to make the spline in the form of bent lattice and extrude in and add texture with alpha.

That depends 100% on the engine. Some engines handle alphas just fine.
