How do I place different maps in the RGB channels in Photoshop? Once that's finished I save the file out as a 32 bit TGA? Haven't done this in a while and need a reminder...
For example, I want my spec map in the red channel, heightmap in the blue and alpha/mask in the green channel. Wanted to just use one texture and have all three of those in each RGB slot.

I think 24bit TGA should work fine if it is just RGB, and 32bit for RGBA
