OPINION NEEDED

just as the title say, I wish some of you take the time to give your opinion on this:
Some of us ( I could almost bet that ALL of us) grew up playing at arcade saloons,
and those places (atleast in my country) are practically extinct due to the avalanche
of game consoles, but what if a good game use a set of devices to work and those are
so hard to config, so expensive to buy and requires so much space (in your home) that
almost no one can or will buy this device, the game will be played in a WHOLE new way, now knowing
this do you think that:
1) will you play this game even when you have to go to a specific place in order to do so?
2) for today standard (economy and prices) how much will you be willing to play for your
turn? like when you inserted the coin in the arcade machine. Remember that this kind of
tech is expensive.
3) based on your first two answers do you think that is a good idea to put all your (I mean mine)
savings, time and efford into such project?
Well that's all, I know it sounds weird but I'm currently working on this and will get
it done NO MATTER WHAT, if it turn out to be a total fiasco
(maybe people today don't want to leave home to play) at least I will have a pretty
good portfolio....... thanks you all for reading and comment.

not a bad idea but while you are drunk you might feel the desire to turn and shoot to the other drunk people in the place.........now is not such a good idea......

Well that's why I wrote "almost no one can or will buy this device", I don't remember any time in my previous life when I wanted to play something like what I am trying to do, basically because some like this have never been done, and certainly as long as I know no game have implemented yet, and for the last part There are still some of these arcade centers here but they are really in their last moments,unbelievable they still have arcades from the 80's and try to survive with those (to me that's a dead space there's , nobody play those in the whole day) those centers will be my first target to put this thing out for testing.
