Zsphere Rigging UV Error

Hello, I am having a UV issue in Zbrush.

I have a fully Uved low-polygon game mesh that I want to pose using Zbrush. I've exported the mesh as an .obj with the Texture coordinates box checked. I import the mesh into Zbrush. I use Zsphere's to rig and pose the mesh and export the mesh as an .obj.

In 3ds Max, the newly imported, posed mesh doesn't have the same UV's as the one exported originally from 3ds Max (also, I tried saving the UV's from the original and loading them into the new mesh leaves errors in the new mesh, too many to fix by hand).

How do I exactly go about importing an .obj from 3ds Max into Zbrush, rig it using Zsphere's, pose it, and export the posed mesh with the original UV's back into 3ds Max?

Thanks for the help!!

Are the UV's vastly different, or just flipped? If the latter (which zbrush tends to do), you can easily change it in the UV Subpallete (Tools: UV Map: FlipU or FlipV) , change it in the import settings (Preferences: Importexport), or just flip them back in Max. There's also the additional option of flipping the texture itself, but it would be faster just to flip the UVs if you have multiple textures (specular, etc).
