Hi Guys, this is My First Rigging Reel in 3ds Max.Any Suggestions and Comments Are welcome..

I suck at rigging/animation so my opinion's not the best, but it looks good to me.

But your reel is way too long, find a way to show all that stuff within a minute or two, at most.
Your details at the start waste so much time, they only need to up there for a couple of seconds. lose the music, no one watches a reel for the music, it just serves to distract most people and irritate the rest.

yeah totally what i was going to say - way too long and awful music. if people want to listen to music while they look at you reel they'll use their own.

I feel like it's sped up so fast, and so many frames are dropped, that I can't really tell if the rig is working well or not, which sucks, because I want to see it. Look at this, http://vimeo.com/13198792 There's no missed frames or anything, I can tell exactly what he's showing off.
