Uv help

Hello i been trying to practice my Uvs and i came across this rock i modeled in my scene and i dont know how to Uv it so i can texture it any suggetions?

i think the best way to unwrap it is to split it in 2 hemispheres, that way the seam is easiest to fix. You get seams and stretching with any other method i guess, so go for the one with less seams. Or you could use the tennis ball unwrap, this way you reduce stretching a lot but you get more seams.
