Use a image hosting service, like http://photobucket.com/ to store your images. when you upload, Photobucket will give you an URL, with the adress of your image.
Put this url between tags. Or use the landscape icon on the forum's text editor.
Signup, login, click the computer icon, search the image, upload to the gallery. To post here, ckick the image in the imgur gallery, right click the code on top of the image, copy, and paste that link here.
