Rather than create a Wine thread as well. I'll add this here
Up until about 5 years ago I didn't touch wine. I still cant drink white but I've found a few Reds that I absolutely love. This is my favourite. Fully of flavour! and quite cheap (£6-7ish i think). You can get the 2011 in most super markets.
"Description: Intense and deep purple red colour. Very expressive fruit with outstanding mature berries, forest fruit joined with delicate hints of coffee and toast coming from the barrels. From the start, its a remarkable expression of Carmenere thanks to the typical fruit like plums, blackberries and some spicy touches. The tannins are polished and long with a medium body at the end."
