Imbed youtube video for critique?

Can it be done? I want to show a vid over in the pimping and previews section, but i'd rather it be embedded in a little player in the message. can it be done, i say!

also, what in the hell is that white shit in the beggining? happens to all my vids. settings in After Effects?
