Our client is a producer of top AAA titles and an innovative cutting-edge contributor to the development of the gaming technology. They currently have an exciting and somewhat rare opportunity for a Graduate to come on board to work as a Cinematics Animator.
We are looking for talented and passionate graduates that can demonstrate by means of a showreel some promising animation sequences, particularly camera animation. Candidates with experience of using Unreal Editor would be very highly regarded.
In addition, please highlight in your application any experience you have of Softimage XSI, Motion Builder, Matinee or Premier.
As the Cinematic Animator it will be your responsibility to produce high quality cinematic cameras for the in-house cinematics, as well as producing more generic in-game camera animations. You will be involved across all aspects of the cut-scene creation from initial planning through to the final edit.
The creation of the cameras will be a combination of motion capture and hand-key animation. You will be working with the animation team, under the direct supervision of the Animation Director. Taking an active part in the artistic creation process and ensuring the overall vision of the studio is maintained.
