One thing I noticed is the cord has some bake errors on it. You could probably just paint these out though. Cord is round and smooth without much surface detail anyway.
Your drill bit looks weird, typically a drill bit is a cylinder with spiraling grooves cut into it rather than extruded out. Also, they usually don't taper down to such a sharp point.
If this is a game asset I'd suggest going with a chunky drill bit with a low twist rate so it doesn't end up looking like a bunch of visual noise.

About the reference, just Google drill and you will find it, the front is from their the back is from a drill I have ahome
