POP Warrior Within Concept Art - Who made it?

Hello,

So here's the story.....

Last year I made this model for school:



Sry for bad render but couldn't find better, so just rendered with simple materials.... anyways it's based on this particular concept art:


It's from Prince of Persia Warrior Within. And I cant find any information about whhich artist made it? It's kind important for me, because I want to include that model in my portfolio (refurbish it a lot and animate).

So here's my fisrt question:

1) Does anyone know this artist? So I could ask him if it's ok for him/her to include this model? And ask him/her a question below as well?

2) What do You ppl think, is it ok to "refurbish" it that way (coz in my ver it's totally a machine, and.... it's not the original), like keeping the original for inspiration? And of course keeping info in demo reel which artist's concept was na inspiration?

Whould be very happy if You say what You REALLY think about it. Asked my friends, and they were not sure if it's ok or not. And of course some info about the artist whould be great

Sparth did some of the concept art for Warrior Within. I think it's a fair bet he did that image too.
