Last day at Relic - Capcom here I come!

So after an awesome 11 months on contract here at Relic working on Space Marine I am leaving to become a Lighting artist at Capcom Vancouver. and its a full-time job as well, no longer a contract worker......which in Vancouver seems to be a rare mythological beast all together right now, so I am pretty excited.

I have wanted to move into a dedicated lighting role for a long time and having had a chance to learn and expand my skills on space marine on top of my previous experience, I finally get to do it all day

Cool stuff dude. Mind if I ask, what sort of skills do you need for lighting? I've always felt like I had a good eye for lighting but it's more than that, baking shadows, colour theory etc from what I've heard. This true?
