UDK Quetion about seams

I got a problem with modular elements in an environment I am building. I am having some seams between them . I would like to ask for a solution to it before I go ahead and take this further. I don't want to realize then I have to compleatly rebuild it becouse I got a couple simmilar problems with other modular elements in that environment.

My question is. Will those seams be visible all the time ? Is there a solution to that ?

Both elements are on a grid so they snap to each other perfectly. I haven't yet unwrapped or lightmapped them tho.
