ok so i've made some modular pieces, and now i'm starting to build the building . but once i start to stack them weather i be side by side or on top of each other you can see the outlines of the shapes. i've spent ALL day making sure that every diffuse normal and specular map tiles. and it still happens...
anyone know what im doing wrong??

UDK (if two objects are outlined the same color there the same modular piece)

However, did you setup 2nd channel light map UVs? And if you did, did you keep them on an accurate pixel grid (in max) of their respective resolution (in UDK)? If not, the lightmaps' edges bleed causing errors when baked.
and no.. i haven't done a 2nd channel light map. that probably the problem
