Saw your Concept page first and was thinking "well i can't crit this, i'll just crit his 3D" then I came to it and jeeze...no room for crits, although to be super nit picky, you need to make a real Calcifer instead of a glowing ball
I too am on board with astro knight, i vote next you make an astro demon/enemy for him, I enjoyed the parkour ninja's too!
Im not as kind as the others here so Im gonna deliver a few punches to your nuts. First off, you strike me as a very artsy fellow, your art foundation and concepts are really good( specially impressed with the sculpture there) but when it comes to 3D Im really not impressed at all. The first image is a decent cartoony sculpt, but the rest afterwards leaves me kinda .
The car scene has some bland textures and a bad angle, same with the indoor scene. The spacegirl highpoly looks also decent (not a big fan of the design though) but the lowpoly looks abit undone, the texture could be worked on alot more, mainly looks like no specular at all.
Lastly the bike looks cool, nice cell shading there. Hope it didnt hurt to much, afterall this is polycount...people should kick eachothers nuts sometime, otherwise we wont get anywhere.
I would maybe flip the position of the 2D concepts, and Traditional work with your 3D in the menu.
Example:
Concepts
Traditional
3D
The way you have it now employers will go straight for the 3D first, they may not make it to the Digital paintings if they get turned off by what they see in 3D.
Nice completed illustrations in the concept section, but, show us more process, more thumbnails, more rough variation sketches, and then a final illustration.

more please

3D stuff doesn't match the quality of the concept art, still I found this a very enjoyable and artsy portfolio to browse.
