what i've seen so far is a very polished prototype with lots of humor but unfortunately a little lack of interisting gameplay. try to improve that... maybe let the engineer run around controlled by arrow keys and collect goodies to improve/repair tower ... this should be relatively easy to implement and adds a lot challenge to the gameplay.
oh and as a gamedeveloper myself let me tell you this: the intro is fun but dont forget to add a skip intro button.. otherwise you lose a lot of plays just because people dont wait for the action.
@drelectro: Thanks for taking the time and leaving some crits, it is very appreciated. In the prototype, we could not integrate and show everything we wanted to due to the time constraints. We planned for there to be a level up system with skills to boost each weapon individually. To add the engineer picking up stuff in the field could add a whole new dimension to the game and make it a lot more interesting. It will be to discuss with the other team members, though it is too late to make any serious changes to the game unfortunately ):
As for the skip button, we have the option to skip (esc), but a button would indeed be necessary.
@letronrael: Oui, nous sommes au Centre NAD et puis le contexte du jeu c'est pour un concours inter-universitaire qu'Ubisoft organise.
