You guys have any fancy blogs or something that you keep an eye on for this kinda stuff? I found a blog featuring spaceship concept only, and i thought. Why not environments only.
I'm desperate here. I'm trying to find a appealing concept with some details that fits my goals. It's frekkn hard.

FUCK YEAH CONCEPT ART!
I usually browse around on conceptart.org, there are always a couple of environment art threads in the finally finished section.
http://conceptartworld.com/ have some cool stuff to. More like articles though.
No one that's knows of a strictly environment concept blog though? :P

These guys have 16-20 good environment art, along with other beautiful stuff.
And one from my secret stash :poly124:, High Quality pictures, not concept art (sorry), but it does help inspire.

It has 7 titles that I'm aware of, but that photo below only shows 6.
Haikei Gashuu Kusanagi
Literally, "the Kusanagi books of background art." It's a book series.
The name in kanji is 背景画集 草薙.
Amazon.jp Search (entire collection)
Contains environment concept art from several Japanese games. I don't have any of these, but I did buy from Amazon.jp in the past and they accept international orders if you buy directly from them (if you buy from a marketplace seller then it depends on the seller), you just need an international credit card.
After adding these books to your cart, you can go to the homepage of Amazon.jp and click the "In English" option at the top to facilitate the checkout process.
Additionally, you can grab the URL of any page and, in an extra tab of your web browser, use it with Google Translate to translate the whole page -- you don't fulfill the checkout process with this translated page, it's just a guide so you know what options to click in the untranslated tab.
The website of the publishing company is this, they seem to work with 3D as well:
