Good progress man. I would smooth out those wings slightly, they're coming across really flat. I would also add some highlights to the texture where the seams are to make them pop, as well as some shadows to sell the folds/curvature in the flags. They're coming off a little like paper, rather than cloth. Keep up the good work!
