The State of Character Animation Technology in the Games Industryhttp://aigamedev.com/insider/event/session-state-of-animation
"This is a review of the cutting-edge of character animation, based on recent presentations from games such as HALO: REACH, CRYSIS 2, ASSASSIN's CREED: BROTHERHOOD, FIFA 10, JUST CAUSE 2, and the UNCHARTED series. What's everyone doing and what are the common patterns? Which techniques should you implement in your own games? Where are things going in the near future?"
Hopefully it all goes smoothly! Enjoy

hoping for a playback as well!
A lot of it was about Crysis 2 actually - which is pretty cool. It was a good mix between programming+animation techniques.
One game seminar I would actually pay for is how the new battlefield animation system works, looks fantastic!
