i would to say the shape is very good,
and i waiting for the next step and agree with your way,
me i prefer a cartoonish proportions or stylized, and i think is a good idea to make a good shape and deformed after like you think do it ^^
after make his hands bigger and more claw and torso enlarge in V , me i prefer and enjoy your skill for make that good,
for wings, ^^ you need make it , is the charm of chara i think
A few minor crits I have:
# The transitions between the shin and feet is a bit too harsh, you might wanna consider making some smaller feathers just to ease it out
# I think the weapons sides could easily continue the blade edges instead of going rectangular, again I think the transitions is to harsh
# The wings looks a tad too thick to be made out of pure feathers.
Thank's for crits mate, really appreciate when peeps take a few minutes to share whats on their mind. All of the things you just mentioned will be corrected, once I start sculpting.
Remember it's just a rough blockout
But thank's anyways mate!

Hey just want to jump in real quick, not to knock zpanzer's advice I agree with most all of it, but I just wanted to make note - don't thin up those wings too much. If you're going to do it, only do it at the bottom half near the feathers/tips tips for the most part. Your wings are actually pretty darn good with their thickness/shape.
I own a lot of birds, and their wings aren't super thin, because they're not made out of pure feathers. Especially when held in that position (I see it all the time, they pull their wings back to roughly that position when stretching quite often). Proportionally the top half of your wings is pretty solid with how thick it is, but you will want to make sure (mostly the longer flight feathers) down on the bottom get a slight slimming.
he's looking really nice man- I would say his head could be smaller and his hands/forearms could be larger. IMO it would make him feel more balanced.- keep it up!
Thanks for your feedback.
I've scaled down his head abit, which actually didnt look bad at all
A fast sculpt of the head.
Still needs alpha-mapped feathers all around it though, s
If you're going with the color pallete on your concept art for your armor, I'd say stay at the white in order to some kind of red thread throught the entire character
this is gonna look awesome when finished, maybe u could play with the wing size a little could make him look really intimidating if u size em up, might be cool, i also like what uve sculpted on the face keep rocking!
