Ok So lets try this again. I know there were couple of "Post your desktop" or "what desktop theme do you use" type of threads but this one is different.
The program is called lite-step. It modifies your OS front end, which is the desktop according to your prefs.

first of all, its not working properly with win7 (if you click on your desktop everything looks fine, if you click into any open folder the standard ui will clip)
u can get around this with a special installer, then updating manually, but in the end you install themes, it tries to download the modules used with it and fails most of the times.
it looked pretty interesting, but its relying on heavy coding as far as i have seen to really adapt it to your own needs.
I keep my OS interface the way it is minus some user settings.
