After importing my mesh into UDK to start a scene I noticed I had a distinct line going down the center of my mesh. I presume this is from the overlapping in my UV to save space (although they weren't overlapping when I baked my normal map), but I'm not sure.
It looks terrible, and I was hoping someone here could give me some insight on why it's happening and/or what I may have done to cause this.
The only other thing I can think of is that when I overlapped the half of my mesh it became inverted, but there seems to be no other way to overlap without it becoming inverted and I need to overlap a certain way otherwise the detail in the high won't show through.
Can someone help me?
