Yeah, kinda shit myself when I first saw it. I'd been wanting the Valve Complete Pack for my Steam account for a long time now. I bought the silver package for Half-Life 2 when it came out years ago on my other steam account, so I've got a lot of Valve's games, but I don't own either of the L4D games and a couple others, and I don't own any on this particular steam account I've used as my primary for the past few years.
Their entire collection for $50? Yeah, that's a deal I can't pass up. I was going to wait until next year to toss out the $100 but not now.
Great deals going on, as you said, spending a bit more than expected this Christmas...
Just bought a bunch of games I've never had the chance to play as a lad..
Monkey Island Collection, Indiana Jones Adventure games, The Dig, Deus Ex and all the original sidescrolling Oddworld games. Man! Adventure games are a blast.
bah stupid sales making me buy things that I don't "really" want
I am happy that it's making people buy super meatboy though, that game is too good for people not to buy

I really wasn't interested in super meat boy until I actually played it, the game plays too much on the retro that some people (like me) wouldn't know how much of an intelligent plat-former it is :P
Each level in super meat boy is like a turn in civ, just one more...
For a second there I thought it was PuzQuest2 for 90pence. I'm sure it will be on sale at some point though. New Tomb Raider £3.40ish. Might be worth picking up.
Oddboxx !
Funky (or should we say 'Odd' ?) to see one of the earlier games I worked on on the PC rather than the Xbox. Kind of a shoddy port, sadly. Really needs a controller to play properly.
@Skayne: I have darksiders for the pc. As long as you have a 360 control plugged into you pc, you should expect same control, but a better looking game. So yea, save money on pc
37 minutes to new sales...bought nothing last couple of days as I've had most of these. Boxing day sales have been shitty and was hoping for ipods to go down. CURSE YOU APPLE AND YOUR GREEDY WAYS!!!
9 mins till new sale. Steam has been raping my wallet this past week. The worst thing is, while I'm at my parents for christmas I can't play any of the games I'm buying! Aurgh!
I've been eying the sales but avoiding buying anything since all the other sales on Amazon, the EA store and others have wittled my wallet to almost nothing. That $30 Fallout:New Vegas sale was so tempting tho...
Machinarium is only THREE (3) dollars today!! I HIGHLY recommend this game, as last year it won over my heart and soul. Great game, and for next to nothing currently!
(Although the puzzles are quite hard, so be up for a challenge! )

Damn Steam is so evil.
The bad thing is that i recently bought a lot of games, and with these sales i'm gonna buy more, uggh, and i haven't got time for all of them!

Honestly I would get it on console. But the pc version is great as well and we of course upped the resolution on most of the textures.
