Lizard thing

Hey, I spontaneously started working on a strange lizard type thing and thought it was starting to look pretty good. Thus, I am posting it here to get some crits and hopefully bring it to a final model. Unfortunately, I usually can't get past this stage in the modeling process so any tips on would be great.
