Are you going to be smoothing that mesh, I can't see if those are quads or not but I am assuming they are not. I personally would not leave the topology like that, it can create some artifacting , and I see you have zbrush open, so if you are taking that into zbrush it may create some problems when adding any details in the center.
If that is to be the final mesh for a game, I would not make the cap that way...fanning triangles (many triangles meeting in one point) are slow to render.
